How many drivers do you need to run Query for?

Please note there is $65 dollar charge to run a query for each driver.

FMCSA charges for queries, a flat fee of $1.25 per query is charged. Employers must purchase a query plan to ensure they or their designated C/TPAs can conduct queries. C/TPAs cannot purchase queries on behalf of employers. Our members and clients must have a query plan on their FMCSA account in order for us to run queries on their behalf.

The price for Clearinghouse Registration Service is $279 which includes using us as your C/TPA and account registration. You will have a virtual or phone meeting with a specialist that will walk you through every step of the enrollment process.

Are you an employee of a motor carrier?

If you are a student driver in a training program that is not affiliated with or operated by a motor carrier, you must designate a consortium/third-party administrator (C/TPA) during your Clearinghouse registration. If you don't have C/TPA, we can offer you our C/TPA services for an additional fee. Click Start Registration below to continue.

Are you self-employed?
If you are a self-employed driver (often called an owner-operator, typically a single-driver operation) operating under your own USDOT Number, you will need both the driver and employer roles in the Clearinghouse. Select Register as an Employer & Driver to register as a driver and register your company at the same time.

Conduct queries on prospective and currently-employed CDL drivers.

If you have a current CDL, you will be able to add and verify your CDL information after you complete your company registration.

Are you also a CDL driver?
You can register your CDL information at the same time to create both employer and driver user roles by selecting Employer & Driver above.
